The Executors And The Will

The fallacy,  the greatest fault of man is the thought of immortality. However, he be advanced in age he wants to live forever. Exceptions do fall into the rules. This is the general scenario.

A father dies at the age of 75, leaving estates to his sons. He appointed his first son and his second son-in-law as the executors of his will. This happened some twenty years back. The father had also arranged ann alliance that of the grandson by his first son and the granddaughter by his second daughter tie the knot. This taciturn understanding of the old man was so well hidden under the sheets.

The first son, an illiterate man, with a least exposure, took the reigns of the family business.
He entered into an initial partition and did that on his own accord. The brothers were only too pleased to accept the deal.  The second son-in -law was busy with his practice as a medical professional in U.S.A.
Disputes arose and the first son due to his ignorance and inefficiency went on his own not listening to anyone and breaking all norms. he was seconded to an extent by one of his younger brothers. the other brother who questioned his authority was put to undue hardships all through. The family of the brother who raised his voice against the executors underwent a tough period, but they stood stoic.

The brothers went to court. The judgement was passed a few years back. The executors have not moved a bit. They do respect the court verdict too.
The executors are well over 70  and the brothers over 60, still the controversy continues.

Now, would you not agree with me, if I say all the more that these executors feel they are immortal!
