As this could be a turn of event, I see a strange feeling in the behaviour of two aged persons,
They are not anyway strangers but husband and wife who have lived together for 55 years,
borne children, got hem married and even seen their grandchildren get married.
The couple in the twilight years are estranged. The lady, unfortunately, finds her husband not compatible. She has so many allegations against him. Most of them are unbelievable.
If all are true how would she have lived with him for so long. The old man has his own faults and now he is in such a bad shape. Healthwise, he is highly diabetic. Having not cared it he lost a toe and then his left leg up to the knee has been amputated. He lives alone in a village where there are hardly any doctors. Such being his plight he yearns to join with his wife. The lady remains stiff and adamant.
The children do not take any action to unite them. Each one is bothered about his own business, They want to procure their share from the parents as each one has crossed the eighties. The wife
has her own issues too. She has to live alone with none to attend her call. She carefully disguises her difficulties and loiters around as if she is the happiest person on earth.
When I heard of this affair my heart first inclined towards the man. After serious deliberation thought how could a woman forsake her husband, if at all he had not treated her badly. Is she taking a revenge for what has gone in the past?
